Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. Buyers must verify their phone number before placing orders where required. Sellers must complete onboarding and comply with marketplace listing and fulfilment rules.
Orders and payments
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the listed items at the stated price and applicable delivery fees. Payments may be held in escrow according to Jamii-Shop Kenya processes until fulfilment milestones are met.
Seller privacy
Buyer-facing storefronts may hide supplier identity. Communication about orders should go through Jamii-Shop Kenya channels unless we expressly permit otherwise.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, manipulate reviews, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with marketplace operations.
Liability
Jamii-Shop Kenya connects buyers and sellers. To the extent permitted by law, Logicode Systems Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jamii-Shop Kenya after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
